At MyLyos Electronics, we stand behind every product we sell. As a family business, we treat every customer like one of our own. If you're not happy, we're not happy — it's that simple.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. We believe that's enough time to make sure the product is right for you.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and cables included
  • In the same condition as when you received it — unused or gently tested
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email works too)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Software or digital products once activated or downloaded
  • Items with broken seals on hygiene-sensitive products (earbuds, headphones with ear tips)
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Products with physical damage caused after delivery

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label. We recommend keeping the tracking number for your records.
  4. Receive your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different product? No problem. Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange. If there's a price difference, we'll either charge or refund the difference.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged or turns out to be defective, contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice. For items still under manufacturer warranty, we'll also help you navigate the warranty claim process.
